Our latest project was an absolute blast—and the final result was even more exciting to deliver to the homeowner! The completed system design for this dedicated lower-level Media Room included a stunning three-TV array that brings cinematic experiences right into the comfort of home.

The Setup:

Two Sony XR-42A90K 4K OLED Smart TVs (43″)
Positioned on either side, these high-quality displays offer vibrant color, deep contrast, and smart integration for seamless viewing.

One Sony Bravia XR-83A80L 4K OLED Smart TV (83″)
As the centerpiece, this massive screen delivers jaw-dropping visuals—perfect for sports, movies, and gaming.

From Construction to Completion: Why Integration Matters

During the early stages of the build, the client communicated their intentions for a fully wired, smart Media Room setup to their builder.

However, the builder—like many others—did not partner with a Smart Home Integrator, and instead relied on their electrician for all low-voltage wiring (audio/video, networking, surveillance, lighting control, etc.).

In this particular case, the electrician had installed obsolete cabling for each TV and the main control equipment—meaning it was incompatible with the client’s vision for their Media Room.

BC Neville Tech completed this 65″ HDTV Mantle Mount MM-700 and Sonos Beam sound bar installation. The natural burning fireplace, surrounded with natural Lannon stone, added some difficulty to the project. Our experienced installation staff was able to navigate this installation with ease. 

We custom fabricated and powder coating the Mantle Mount sound bar bracket. Out of the box, the soundbar bracket was 4″ too large to accommodate the Sonos Beam soundbar and would have exposed the bracket. The client was pleased with the finished project. 

We selected the Sonos Beam because of its high-quality sound and ease of use. Not only can you enjoy the panoramic sound when streaming your favorite tv shows and movies, but you can also create a wireless surround system for multiroom audio, controlled from your Smartphone with the Sonos App.

We highly recommend the MM700 for mounting a large television on the wall for various reasons. It features heavy-duty construction with a robust mount and has an unbelievably smooth and full range of motion. It’s got a built-in sound bar attachment, paintable wall covers, 26″ vertical travel with up to 60˚ swivel and 9˚ tilt.

We just completed a big multi-unit commercial cabling project here at B.C. Neville Tech. We installed cabling in each of the 32 units as well as distribution punchdown to 2-24 Unit buildings. We completed fiber tie in from multiple buildings including Arial and trenched fiber optic and category 6 network cabling.

We terminated and distributed using 24 port Ubiquiti Switches and Everstream fiber service, allowing the building owner to deliver fast reliable internet service to each of the units within the building. Telecom infrastructure can no longer support the demands of technological advancements.
