Custom Home Theater Installation With Stealth Acoustics: Burlington, WI
BC Neville Tech was very happy to be brought into this project to rebuild an existing home theater. The client had done a remodel about 10 years ago and had installed invisible in-wall Stealth Acoustics speakers. Several of them no longer worked, so the client wanted to have new upgraded speakers installed with the drywall repaired.
Custom Audio Visual Installation for a Clean Look
This project was challenging as we’ve installed many speakers in the past, however, had never removed them. To get the invisible appearance the Stealth Acoustics speakers were first covered with a layer of thin plaster and then painted to color match the walls. We had to locate the precise location of the existing six speakers—five in-wall speakers and one in-wall subwoofer—and remove them as carefully as possible.
We then repaired the drywall, while matching the existing wall texture, to accommodate the new upgraded speakers. We installed Proficient IW630 Inwall LCR speakers and paired them with a Proficient Jewel 8 inch IWS105 Inwall Subwoofer powered by an external Yamaha amplifier.
The client also wanted the existing main equipment, that was located below the television, to be relocated to the left of the television inside the built-in cabinetry. We extended existing wiring to accommodate this request, giving this home theater system a much cleaner and organized look.

The client was very happy with the enhanced quality of the sound in his home theater. He was equally happy to have his equipment cleaned up and moved to a more desirable location.
