BC Neville Tech is proud to be part of the 2018 Milwaukee Builders Association (MBA) Parade Of Homes Model with Source One Project Solutions.

We were honored to be selected, and approved, as the low voltage technology provider for the Source One Project Solutions 2018 parade model. This is extremely exciting for us as the focus for this home is healthy, sustainable, green building practices. We’ll be implementing amazing audio and video using cutting edge technology for controlling the entire system featuring the Universal Remote Control (URC) MXHomePro platform.

MXHomePro products are designed to automate your entire home into a personal smart home experience. The system combines your entertainment and smart home technology into an intuitive and easy-to-use system allowing you to control your lights, thermostats, locks, shades, and home theater system wirelessly from the palm of your hand.

There are several user interfaces available. Tabletop controllers and in-wall touchscreens allow you to talk with visitors at your front door, communicate with your kids in other rooms of your home, and see live surveillance camera video. You can even custom design the menus and graphics to completely personalize your system. You can set shortcuts and favorite channels to save time.

The Rooms menu gives you quick access to electronics, lights, volume, and more, and you can add photos of each room making it easy for everyone in the family to use the system. The scenes menu gives you one-touch control of up to 100 connected devise, activities, and automated scenes. You can personalize scene names and settings for all of your daily activities, such as, breakfast time, bedtime, and movie time.

MXHomePro URC handheld remotes replace all other remote controls in your home. You can control your entire home audio visual system with one remote, and Total Control integrates with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for voice control.

This new construction project is fast tracked due to the opening of The MBA Parade of Homes on August 11. So stay tuned for quick updates of this projects completion over the next few weeks. We look forward to seeing everyone out at the parade this year!

We installed built-in wall and ceiling speakers throughout this project that deliver exceptional sound throughout the home. This project includes two dedicated home theaters with five additional zones of audio.

The HIKVISION PTZ dome cameras that were installed throughout the home give the client remote accessibility to check in on his home from anywhere in the world using a smart phone or tablet.

All equipment was selected in coordination with the client and Bryan, owner of BC Tech. Through a series of questions and answers, we’re able to determine client needs based on functionality and expected end results.

For example, this client wanted a security system that he could control remotely and a zoned sound system throughout his entire house, with a clean sophisticated look. We then purchase the best quality equipment based client needs at the best price.

Throughout the project, we work together with the builders and contractors to install wiring and equipment in a timely manner. We also label all of the wires, so if at any time you’d like to update your system, you can easily find what you’re looking for.

New Construction: Hartland, Wisconsin

This was a fun project to work on. We were brought in to design the low voltage cabling and audio/visual for this client in Hartland, Wisconsin. The customer wanted all of the equipment hidden so we used an office closet as the main level Audio/Visual/IT control center. The main floor is driven with a Yamaha RXV683, Sony blue ray player, 4K Apple TV, and Samsung 65” HDR UHD Smart LED TV.

The lower level equipment is hidden in a closet below the stairs. This system is also driven by a Yamaha RXV683, Sony Blu-ray player and 4K Apple TV, and 65” LG 4K UHD Smart LED TV. Both systems can be linked with the MusicCast CONTROLLER App allowing the family to control streaming directly from their phones.

The client was very happy that we were able to incorporate some of his existing equipment, while upgrading to current technology where appropriate. Both systems are controlled by URC RF Universal System Controllers.

MBA Home and Remodeling Show at State Fair Park: Milwaukee, WI

Thank you to Jon at Source One Project Solutions for allowing us to take part in the Step Beyond Green Booth at the MBA Home and Remodeling Show at State Fair Park in Milwaukee, Wisconsin again this year.

BC Neville Tech supplies all of the technology and low voltage cabling for the booth. Including a 65” Samsung “Frame” TV, a 65” Samsung QLED, and a 60” LG OLED, which looked gorgeous. We also supplied an Omni Wall-Mount Rack System which contained the components to power off the televisions and speakers in the booth for the weekend. These components included an LG 4K UHD Blu-ray player, a Yamaha receiver with MusicCast App.

It was a great weekend and we enjoyed interacting with many folks who are in the process of building a new home, or are starting a remodeling project. We look forward to working with all of you throughout the coming year.

Audio Visual Installation for a New Construction Home: Hartland, WI

We are lucky enough to be involved with this new construction project with J Stefl Development in Hartland, Wisconsin.

This home has eight zones of interior and exterior audio, along with three surround sound systems throughout, using Proficient speakers as well as Sony XP TVs.

A multi-zone control system allows you to control audio in different areas of your home. You can have from one zone to eight zones; the more zones you have, the more control you have in each room of your home.

The system is tucked away in a closet and can be controlled wirelessly with your SmartPhone or tablet. Speakers are flush mounted and can be painted to color match walls and ceilings.

As you can see in the photos below, we work alongside the builders and electricians to install cabling during the building phase of the home—we also go the extra mile to install cabling behind drywall in existing homes ensuring your entertainment area has a clean look.
